This was an interesting article about how John Singer Sargent’s portraits changed over the years. I really hope that the museums will extend their exhibits as I would love to get down to Washington DC to see this show and the Duchamp exhibit that I mentioned in a previous OMMOFM.
What do you have in your pandemic pantry? There’s a few posts circling around about this subject and I plan to do one myself! This Mark Bittman interchangeable ingredient list was neat and Treehugger collected a bunch of their recipes that are pantry friendly.
It’s a good time to get comfortable with cooking bc The Atlantic is predicting this epidemic could last a very long time. Not the most uplifting article but very interesting.
Tuesday 3/31 was #transdayofvisability and I loved this Teen Vogue post about young trans activists.
I made these super simple (but kinda time consuming) vegan scallion pancakes this week. They turned out well, but I think there are some tweaks to be made. Perhaps a zero waste recipe is in the future?
