On My Mind On Friday Morning

Recycling might seem hopeless, but that doesn’t mean we should give up. In our house, we try to make sure we reduce our single use plastics, reuse as much as we can, and we still recycle the rest. We are also always aiming to become better recyclers.
I stopped eating sea food for envrionmental reasons, mostly to do with ocean plastic and over fishing. I do miss it some times. Bivalves might be a sustainable solution.
Has any reader bought from this clothing company, Devinius? They say the are sustainable and ethical, but it’s so hard to tell what’s real and what’s green washing these days?
Although we no longer live in Brooklyn, I always get my holiday pies at Four and Twenty Blackbirds. Here’s some other pies to enjoy. I also came across this list of doughnuts in NJ. Looks like I’ll have to add some to my to see/eat list.
