Mad Cat Quilts are created by Ana Mo Shoshin, entirely by hand, using new, repurposed, vintage, and thrifted fabric.

Mo started out as a illustrator and comic book artist. She was inspired to start quilting by both the women she grew up around and the long tradition of "primitive" quilters. Mad Cat Quilts are pieced, quilted, and bound entirely by hand, using her self taught methods, giving the quilts a unique look and feel.

She lives in Asbury Park, NJ, with her husband and five cats, Bippi, Flounder, Tom, Pit, and Elvis.
